Another guy has a YouTube channel called bull sniper.
He claims to be having sophisticated spike detector indicators too but to me he seems to be a scammer because one day I contacted him and he told me his indicator was for $300 but at the end he wanted me to give him $20 for it.
However, I didn't buy from him whatsoever

I've tried hundreds of indicators and EA for trading Boom Crash, but most of them is useless. The good way for trading boom crash is price action, supply/demand, support/resistant since it isn't effective by news.
