The best telegram copier

I'm wondering if anyone could suggest the easiest telegram copier to use to copy signal from group or channel. haven't got experience in using them but I know they should be configured to fowards message from telegram channel/group so it's a bit complicated I think.

i heard there is many telegram copier but i couldent find something that copies the signals to mt4/5
