Which are some good settings for William%r indicator ?

Hello fellow traders, I am posting this question because it has been in my head for 2 weeks now. I realize that William%r indicator is a very good indicator in identifying trends. I am just wondering, what are some good additional settings for William%r except the common one which is 14 periods ? Thank you for your precious time.

What is M2/M4 ? and what are the numbers next to hammers and stars? 2,3,4? what is the difference?
