They issue their own card for withdrawals but as far as I know to withdraw profit you will need to use wire, or online payment systems.

You can check fxview & pepperstone. They have Visa & Mastercard withdrawal options.

All brokers have same policy regarding VISA withdrawal - you can take out the same amount as you deposited. The rest is paid via other payment systems
