Telegram Signals Message converter to MT4

I wanted to know if any of you have been able to integrate a Telegram Signals Message converter to MT4 platform.

This is specially useful for converting signals received from leading Trading Signals provider for automatic implementation to place trades.

Guidance will be extremely appreciated.
